Unacceptable Experience at Springwoods Village Cancer Center To Whom It May Concern, I am beyond frustrated with the consistently late physicians at Springwoods Village Cancer Center | Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. No matter how punctual I am, the doctor is always late, yet I am still charged a co-pay with no refund. This level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. There are far too many other clinics available for me to tolerate this nonsense.
I have several different doctors who specialize in their field of medicine and each doctor that I have to see is always very detail oriented and answer all of my questions to the tiniest detail. They are all so very caring and compassionate and truly care about their patients. I couldn't ask for a better care team and I'm very fortunate to have found them. I wouldn't go through any other network of providers, as I don't believe that there's any better care out there than the exceptional care that I receive every time I visit... read more
