Great, professional & answered all of my questions about the procedure.
The technician was courteous, respectful, attentive, and noncontestable. Other than that, the facilities are dated, the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets hadn't been changed from a prior use, trash was under the covers, the wiring was uncomfortable, they use a thick paste in your hair, the shampoo was a all over body wash...not good for hair, the straps holding the wires were horrible and caused rashing under arms, they are a kelsey seybold facility but did not have neosporin for the rashes their equipment caused, the shower... read more
