It’s been a while since this visit, but I went in for a general check up & I mentioned my main concern. I felt very dismissed & like what I was dealing with wasn’t “a big deal”. I kept getting compared to other people who dealt with worse. I completely understand that other people deal with worse, which is why I never really went to get checked for what I was/do deal with, but I wanted to do more for myself & it was very disappointing to have my issues dismissed because they “aren’t chronic”.
