I am so tired of trying to see a doctor and really need to see one and their appointments are 1 to 1 1/2 months out they are so under staffed. My husband will be changing next year he has been with them since 2014 and hated to but now he's really disappointed 😞 with there Healthcare.Â
i went in for minor issue and paid up front in full. taken care of but then i get a bill emailed to me for and extra$513.00. what the hell is this . i called them they said they had no record of this . then who did they give my personnel info to. be very carefull about giving them your personnel info. Beware of Kelsey Sebold! They are sneaky and dishonest. They are experts at surprise billing. I took a friend in who was visiting from overseas. She paid for all services up front and was told that she had paid in full. Next thing you know, there were additional, surprise billing charges that were sent to her email. Then they somehow got my address and sent the bill to my address. I have made the payment on March 8, 2021, and faxed my statement details along with the proof of payment from Optum Bank which even has the payment number. But, your billing team is extremely careless and inefficient as they do not even read the faxed details. I sent it again on April 30, 2021, highlighting the details as well. Although, the front desk staff was helpful, but nurses were extremely rude. I had a negative covid-19 test which I received only a few days ago that the nurses were telling me I was lying about. Continuously tried to trick me into saying the wrong thing and "admit" that I was lying about the tests by reading my chart wrong multiple different times. I have been a patient of Dr. Yee for about 20 yrs. He is great. I have always had Insurance thru my employer. Recently I turned 65 and was enrolled in medicare. To my surprise when I showed up for an appointment I was told that Kelsey-Seybold wouldn't treat me because I was on medicare and even if I still had my other insurance thru my former employer, Medicare was now my primary insurance and so they wouldn't treat me. Don't go there, they charge hefty amount for everything and will mis-communicate things to you and later on make you liable for those. Go ahead compare their prices with other clinics and doctors and compare their lab test price with LabCorp, you will come to know the difference. Check why Blueshield left them. With me they agree that it was miscommunication from their front-desk staff but ask me to pay as i signed papers with them. This is what is their customer satisfaction definition and ethics.Â
