I am really upset with kelsey right now..... its 9:30 the night before my 9:00 am appt for the cardiologist and got a call that its been canceled. I have been waiting for two months now after my testing came back not so good. This has happened all too often with other doctors as well. All I am is a number to Kelsey, the patients come second and the doctors are second rate.. Very disappointed ..... avoid this provider like the plague, for your own health. LD
Anybody wanting to go to Kelsey Seybold in Houston at the Vintage, stay away from Dermatology, Jamael Thomas as he is not there for the patients and leaves you sitting for 45 minutes while he BSs with the nurses. Horrible lack of customer service, bedside manner and totally nonchalant about caring that this was done. I listened to him BS with nurses for 15 minutes outside my door instead of taking care of patients. Obviously, Kelsey Seybold Vintage Dermatology needs to replace this fool with a real doctor and not someone ... read more
