Spoke to a young lady this morning at the pharmacy asked why my wife's new prescription of insulin did not come with the needle caps. She stated that it w a separate prescription and that I needed to contact her Dr. I then asked why she didn't notify my wife that the pens required the needle caps . She then said "I don't know whatyour wife has or does noes not have " very unprofessional acted like she is there to work her schedule and get a paycheck!!!
