Very slow service. My doctor sent in my prescription on Monday and it is Wednesday and still not ready. Tuesday I called several times and left a voicemail and got no response and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Finally spoke with the pharmacist today and supposedly they are still “processing” my order that was prescribed on Monday. Dr Sutherland was warm and caring. She talked to me, was great at explaining things to me, and asking the right questions to solve the issue.
The staff there is very friendly and professional. The wait time is (they get you in and out) great
