Honestly worst company ever. All you get is automated responses and no one to look at individual emails. I’ve given them plenty of opportunity to resolve my issue and requested a cancellation and refund of my ticket to Classic Ford show due to personal reasons. Not like they won’t sell the tickets again. Absolutely outrageous and no customer service. I’ll be taking to the Instagram account to boycott the Show.
