Stay away from this place. Been doing business with them since 2014. Many times over the past few years, I have gone to pay my bill to be told there was no bill due because I was overcharged the month before. Then I get a cancellation notice the next month because I didn't pay the month before when I was told I was overcharged so the bill was taken care off. They can not keep their paperwork striaght.
Please, for the sake of your bank account and your sanity, do not do business here. Since establishing service with Kelsey Lawson State Farm I have had my auto-pay amount change without notice in their favor 4 times! I called Zach who said that the difference would be corrected via a bill credit that never came, called again to be treated like an idiot and have my cost broken down into the pennies.
