Had a horrible experience with Kelsey Law.
This is the type of lawyer that shouldn’t have a license - crooked, scandalous, and sleazy. We paid $5000 for this firm to handle a divorce. One month later they sent us another bill for $3000, saying that the $5000 retainer was spent. THEY HADN’T EVEN FILED THE PAPERWORK. When we paid them the $3000, then sent us another bill the next month, AND THE CASE STILL HADN’T EVEN BEEN FILED! When we switched lawyers, they sent a bill for $900 saying we still owed them. Robert C was my attorney and he did an awesome job. He handled things professionally and he great communication. He was persistent in getting a good result.
I hired them. I don't think they know anything about parental alienation, or even believe it to be real. Though they have it listed on their website. They show up when searching for parental alienation lawyer on Google in Minnesota. I only felt more desperate after hiring them, and felt like I was not only not listened to, but I was critisized for bring up parental alienation to the lawyer, and he shot down my claims immediately. What a horrible experience and waste of time and money. Don't hire them.
