I had gotten hurt in a workplace accident which resulted in a torn acl and meniscus At first i could hardly walk but after rehabilitation, surgery and even more extensive therapy I CAN WALK AND EVEN RUN AGAIN! heck i can even squat which is pretty cool i think. I definitely wouldnt be where im at in my recovery if it werent for Kelsey and Linda. They have been a tremendous help and i cant thank them enough. Git rollin.

I was unable to walk standing straight without the help of crutches when I started therapy. Now I can walk, ride my bike and most importantly return to the workforce. My therapy progressed as my pain subsided and not before. I was very pleased with my outcome.
Neck and hand pain improved My neck mobility and hand/finger numbness increased this past spring significantly by my excessive gardening. I was not sleeping well with spasms in my hand at night. After about 6 months of trying to remedy myself, I thought I’d try physical therapy. I wanted a place that was near my home, familiar and not so crazy busy like other practices.
