I was just at Kelsey Elizabeth's in Bay, I patron the location in RR often and I love their cakes and cookies! I wanted to stop by and grab a sugar cookie. I wasn't greeted when I walked in no big deal but the women that walked in right before me was. Why sell gift cards if you can’t use them to buy your product? I was disappointed to learn that you can’t use gift cards for their online pre-order items that KE does for holidays. It seems like this would be a quick fix using a different payment platform; I even tried purchasing/ordering over the phone and was told it’s not possible. Not very customer friendly :(

The entire process was amazing! The ladies were so helpful in giving recommendations etc. The cake itself came out BEAUTIFUL- and tasted incredible. I will definitely be back for future orders!!!
