My father was referred to Urology and Kelsey performed exceptional care! She ensured my father that she would do her best to treat his symptoms, in which she did! She made sure that both myself and my father went home understanding the plan. She sent in prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner and made our visit very comfortable! I had a terrible experience with this “practitioner”, Kelsey Eidem. I was dealing with two kidney stones and saw her for help. We initially made a plan for me to pass them on my own with the help of Flomax and pain medication, which she assured me she would prescribe if needed. However, when I called later in severe pain, she declined to prescribe the medication and insisted I get another ultrasound, even though I had already undergone one at the ER right before seeing her.
