UPDATE This place absolutely will offer you $1000+ "packages" at every opportunity. You will absolutely have to 'negotiate' your pets care. It's not unlike buying a car every time you go here. Personally, I will never return.
The staff here showed exceptional, courtesy, and professionalism. My pity – let’s just say can be a bit of a handful when it comes to vet visits – but everyone was incredibly understanding and patient with her. They took her temperament into consideration and made the experience as smooth as possible. I especially appreciate the option to use a side entrance, which helps us avoid the stress of a busy waiting area. That small detail makes a big difference. Highly recommend!
My family and I have been bringing our animals to Crossroads for over 25 years, and it continues to be an affordable clinic with wonderful, caring staff. LOVE the groomer, she is so sweet with my Scottish terrier.
Overall satisfaction here. My HUGE “vet baby” is extra special about visits! He is the tifetime winner out of all dogs I’ve ever had at being the most expensive one to take to a vet and tantrum throw while we’re there 🤦🏼♀️ BUT, they love him and care and can handle him appropriately. Their prices are higher than other local veterinary clinics or chains but the majority of their personnel are reflective of that in the level of higher quality customer and pet care.
