Kelsey Bywater is very professional, kind, and always listens and takes her time. Great doctor!
First time I went to her I thought she was good. However, I was told if I did a full blood work up I could get a year on my prescriptions. It was like pulling teeth just to get the last three months of my year of prescriptions. Went in to see her the 2nd time, she did not seem to have remembered or read my medical history and would not prescribe medication and questioned my own medical history in a very rude snarky tone as if I did not know my own body and what I need or what i struggle with, very unprofessional.
