I am always impressed by how knowledgeable and caring Kaiser doctors are, but she is totally opposite and visiting her is a waste of time. I felt discriminated and uncared by her. I suggest anyone who has experienced similar things file complaints via the phone number on your kaiser member card.
Dr. Neitzel does a great job of listening! She is helpful and wants the best for her patients. She genuinely takes interest in you as a person!

I came to you with 4 medical concerns, some heavy and some light. You took the same amount of time on each question, patiently explaining everything in a way that was easily understood, or directing me on where I needed to go next. YOU are the kind of doctor that everyone should have. If I wrote a movie and needed to cast a family doctor, it would be YOU!
