Kelsey was fine. But the person who called I b the scoop for new med did it to Rockford WM. I am in Monroe! Now i hv to waste MORE time waiting for them to fill it!! :(

Dr Schmidt is very thorough and knowledgeable. She really listens and is very encouraging and helpful. She asks a lot of questions, and thus treats the whole patient and not just the presenting symptoms.
The doctor and nurse who did my procedure were wonderful. Kind and caring and did and very good job. I had the procedure done twice before and this was not only the fastest but the least painful and no bleeding like after the last two procedures. Nurse J knew I was apprehensive about my procedure and informed the doctor and they both did the most to relieve my concerns and help me feel more comfortable thru the pain.
