Kels Roofing was responsible for our new home's roofing through SJD Homes. They used a subcontractor. Our new colourbond roof produces loud banging sounds (not some cracking sounds) when it heats up and cools down. They have attempted to correct the causes many times but there are still some very annoying sounds that sometimes wake us up in the morning, and alarms/frightens us as they sound like cricket balls landing on the roof or someone walking on the roof.
