I talked with Kelp to get a quote for general cleanup along with mowing. Instead of meeting at our agreed time, he came earlier and walked around without me. He later texted me the quote. I tried reaching out to ask questions, however I was ignored. Not pursuing because of the poor communication.
Needed a cut last minute and they did a great job, very professional 👏

Kelp's is the best! They are always courteous and respectful of everything on my lawn. They always respond very quickly if I contact them, and they always keep me posted if any changes. My lawn gets mowed the same time every week, and in case of inclement weather they are always sure to come back and complete the job ASAP even if they have to come back on the weekend.
I contacted Kelp because I liked that it was a family run business & he had good reviews.( although reviews can be deceiving & in this case they were) I spoke to them & he said he would take a look & quote me a price. A week went by so I contacted him again & he replied promptly & apologetic. I appreciated his honesty & asked when he would be in the area?
