Me and my boy Charlie had a very positive experience here yesterday. I hadn't been to a clinic yet with him bexuase he's indoor and healthy but he started having some urinary issues and I was extremely stressed out and I called this hospital and they got me in right away with not much notice. I had a very strict budget and they stayed within it. The ladies working are so kind and helpful. The process was stressful for Charlie but we got it handled. Just want to give a shout out to Dr. Ellen and staff at Kelowna Vet Hospital. They are great! Had a bird emergency and they took us in right away. Conclusion? A happy ending. If you have an exotic pet, may I recommend them. Thanks Dr. Ellen.
