Staff are phenomenal. Knowledgeable, patient & were able to help me with next steps. Wait was only 30 min. Very thankful for their help.
I would strongly advise avoiding this clinic. I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with a triage nurse named Karen Witt, whose conduct caused me to cancel my place in line to see a doctor. Her remarks were inappropriate and unsettling, and her bedside manner left me questioning her suitability for a role in healthcare. Both I and my family were shocked by the entire encounter. I hope steps are taken to ensure other patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve.
I went there first thing in the morning, 30mins before opening, i waited 6 hours to be seen. Was in a line of maybe 20 people waiting, They all came and went, this happened over and over, new ones came same thing. Anyways, there got to be a point where there was no ppl left for 2 hours in the afternoon. I checked if I’m on the list, they said yes and “only a few ppl were ahead of me” a few times.
