0 star if I could. My friend went to the urgent care this morning and a nurse saw her, they checked her out and told her they’ll text her a time to come back. When she returned she was placed in a room for over 1 hour. She asked a nurse nearby when she will be seen and the nurse was so rude, she ignored my friends questioned and kept saying you can leave if you want there’s other people here too. Honestly a 0/10 experience. I don’t understand why the staff is so rude to patients.
They will make you wait each and every time, even if you need to pick your medications after receiving a call. Staff is good but the waiting time suckss everytime. Wait for hours, don't expect it be quick at all.
Writing this from the waiting room me and my girlfriend are currently at the 5 hour mark after they said it would be a LITTLE bit there is no one in the waiting room and other people who walked in have come and gone we understand that it’s urgent care so anything they deem more important gets to go first but this is wild! Staff is polite but this is stressfull
I appreciate all the assistance and care from Spencer and Dr. Smith, after a drunk driver hit me on my way to call to the fire hall. As a volunteer first responder and firefighter, I appreciate all the help from Spencer and Dr. Smith. They have been phenomenal assisting me with treatment and managing ICBC. I appreciate the staff treating me like a human and not just a number. Not having a doctor has been challenging, especially after the accident.
