Nobody was at the reception, so I awkwardly waited in line for 10 minutes. When I finally got checked in, the nurse called me in right away asked me why i came in. I told her i have a sharp pain on my right side near my kidney in the back, she took my vitals and after explaining my problem she chased me away by saying "We're at full capacity. Great staff, great medical care!! The only thing I would change is having to stand at the front door until your registered. Primarily because of my injured foot. Otherwise wasn't to bad for wait times, the care i received was exceptional and definitely more thorough than I have ever received from my own family doctor or even the hospital for that matter. Thanyou again to the great staff at KUP!
