Staff= kind and professional though they must get tired of repeating "I can't tell you a wait time". We were directed to come here for a possible broken foot of my 7 year old, but they don't do X-rays anyway. We waited for almost two hours and never saw a nurse so we will go wait longer at the ER anyway. Appreciate the staff who was kind regardless. Would never come here again. I typically only visit a hospital for urgent matters, not colds/ flus/ ear aches but that seemed to be the main people here. Apparently a possible br... read more
Brought my two year old here for a rash, got here at 9am with about 7 other people in front of me. 12:30pm rolled around and everyone in front of me had seen someone and left. When I finally checked in to see where our status was, we were told that we were in the virtual waiting room and will get a text when when its “almost” our turn. 1pm came and it was all new faces of people, who were getting to go in over my daughter. Nurses kept saying I won’t see a doctor today and they won’t complete the patient intake paperwork because they are “busy”
Not much of a wait and very friendly staff. I dread going to places like this but it wasn't bad at all
