I always receive the best service here, even if they can't always fully solve my issue. The ladies at the service centre always make me laugh, and the mechanic we had last time was very good at explaining what the possible issues could be, and gave me a checklist for further investigation, to avoid costly mechanic bills to look themselves.
*Update* I have changed my rating after speaking with the service manager. To their credit they were apologetic and acknowledged the mistake. They covered the cost of the service and have corrected their google hours. I dropped my Tacoma off Friday afternoon for a scheduled oil change at 8:45am Saturday. I received no communication from the service department. I texted my service advisor at 3:38pm asking if my truck was ready (see photo below). I received no response and later called at 4:46pm, only to hear an automated mess... read more
