Continuing my previous review which seems to have disappeared - fantastic service! They replaced all my tires with higher quality ones and negotiated a no charge option with Toyota. Now I have a great set of tires to replace my nearly new factory ones that were unavailable. Highly recommended.
I have to unfortunately give a 1/5 due to consistent failures in customer service from the service department over the past couple years. Issue #1: (PDI not done correctly) I purchased a new 2023 Corolla GR from Kelowna Toyota and upon receiving the car, the PDI was not completed properly and the spring spacers used in transit were left on the car when I drove it home. The ride quality was terrible which made me look under at the suspension to see the spacers still on. Had to take another day to bring the car back to get the... read more
My last annual service was great! From Kacia taking my booking (basic service & tire switch) to the service team - Brayden and another guy (sorry forgot his name) taking the payment! Thanks Toyota Service department!!!
My parents are older. They sold van with air-conditioning that didn’t work. Took them months to fix it. I just took the van in to get service for my mom at Mr. Lube and the cabin didn’t even have an air filter installed. It just seems they sold them a van and then did the bare minimum after. Probably thinking they aren’t good with computers or something so who cares
Braeden is fantastic. Full stop. He is the 6 stars team member that should be the representative for Kelowna Toyota to the global Toyota customer service annual competition. Some of the other staff, respectfully, have been hit and miss with the experience at Kelowna Toyota but Braeden has saved that lower rating and shot it to above 5. Keep up the good and Stellar work.
