Chevy and the team took me right in while we were travelling through Kelowna. The Lexus dealership wasn’t able to provide any assistance but we resolved the TPMS (tire) issue quickly. They were quick and professional. Top level customer service.
I bought brand new 2024 Rav HYBRID & Need Extra WRANTY BUMPER TO BUMPER. LAST WEEK PROBLEM IN MY VEHICLE .Kelowna Toyota not covered extend warranty. They charged to me 2thousend 3hundred. KELOWNA TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT FROUD & CHEATING WITH ME. TODAY I AM PICK CAR & PAY. HE IS NOT FIXING PROPERLY. ONE SIGN IS COMING. VERY BAD SERVICE STAFF & SERVICE MANAGER.
Taylor with service has been nothing short of helpful. I had a massive time crunch to get my vehicle back and she somehow made it happen with very little notice. I can’t thank you enough for hustling to make this happen
Called Toyota because my 2003 Rav4 developed a pretty significant leak. The tech on the phone told me to come down to have a quick look. I brought it into the service department and two angels came and took a pretty extensive look of things. Made some recommendations and diagnosed the culprit right away. They were friendly, & they got me in earlier than I expected. The cost, however, was more than twice as much I was quoted. I wanted a safety inspection on a new to me used vehicle & to get an idea of what needed to be replaced. I noticed a clunk in the steering column and a rumbling on idle. I asked them to look at these when they did the inspection. I figured that was part of the price of the inspection. I was wrong.
