Today I picked up my 2025 RAV4 Hybrid, and I have to say my Product Advisor Jamie Rynard and his team at Kelowna Toyota made my day just perfect! Thanks to all of you for making this the least frustrating, easiest purchase I have ever made. I felt very comfortable and at home with everyone, including the dogs. I found a RAV 4 online. I called and spoke w AJ (Adrian). I requested the inspection conditional on purchase. It was never shown or forwarded. We wrote up the offer and asked for the inspection again on the weekend. AJ knew I was driving it home to Calgary, 7 hour drive. I had it inspected on Wednesday and wheels were misaligned, and 3 out of 4 tire had inner tire wear and tires needed replacing. Mechanic was surprised I made it home. The whole process was incredibly smooth. We arrived at 11 AM, had a trade-in deal and purchase finalized within an hour, and by 3 PM, our new vehicle was ready for pickup.
