Best to go elsewhere for your parts. I went to visit the Kelowna Subaru Parts Dep. looking for some parts for my sons Subaru Outback. They would not help me without the Vin number and told me that once the parts were ordered it would take 5-7 business days to receive. I went to McGrath Auto with just the model and year of the car and they found me the part I needed same day. Worked perfectly.
I recently purchased a Subaru Uncharted GT from Kelowna Subaru and this was my best vehicle Purchasing experience in my life. Brian Matassa did an excellent job answering my many questions during the process and Help me learn about the specifics of the vehicle, including setting up my phone and a really good education on how to get a free charger for my EV. I bought a 2023 Subaru wrx with 35000 km from kelowna Subaru. They had the audacity to sell me the car with absolutely no tread left on my tires knowing full well I work in nursing and have no mechanical or automotive knowledge. So if you like being taken advantage of, deceived then by all means go for it. If you have a brain go somewhere else who treats their customers with some honesty and respect!!!
