My tech was fantastic, however that is where the good things ended. The individual bedrooms don't have any sort of lock to prevent other patients from accidentally wandering into your room which is a HUGE safety concern. In addition to that, all the bedding provided to me smelled so strongly of laundry detergent. I have allergies and scents are a huge migraine trigger for me, and most of my night was spent completely sleepless with an irritated throat and throbbing head. They booked an appointment with me in May to be July 16th, and they did not state anything about a questionnaire and I never received a confirmation email. 3 days before my appt I received an email saying that if I did not complete and send the questionnaire back they would cancel the appt, and promptly did so at 4 pm that day. I had not received ANY communication prior, no email containing a questionnaire between booking the appt in May and today.
