Office manager has terrible communication skills as well as control issues and a need to power trip. No way of contacting the actual doctor, no follow up was given. Absolutely absurd behavior for a "doctors office". Wouldn't even see us again. Dont waste your time! Go somewhere where the office staff are not small minded children.
Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about this team. From the very beginning they've not only been helpful but caring and incredibly meticulous. Nathan has followed up with me for MONTHS in trying to find the best solution to help me sleep properly and comfortably and I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for all the patience. Alright sleep clinic — BUT — a policy of NOT providing care and support to patients when CPAP equipment is not purchased from them. Time to refocus on why you’re in business….
I visited them. 4 people (staff) were at reception (including one tech or nurse). They were unable to answer any questions They just said they are booking for October And they said (I Don’t Know) 10 times or more (mainly by the tech).
***The owner sure loves to air their dirty laundry online. You can request to remove ones that are not valid, just so you are aware :). Finally got your attention! I sent 2 separate emails as well with absolutely zero response before any of this. I never tried calling because I read once you leave a review, the consumer will not be helped from other Google reviews of your business..
