The staff who actually work with one at night where terrific - knowledgeable etc could not ask for better but one of the people at front desk is RUDE and doesn’t appear to have much knowledge about available equipment so I purchased my machine elsewhere .This happened last year and I don’t remember her name as they don’t give a person enough time to write their name down — that person needs much needed training in how to deal with possible customers esp. Office manager has terrible communication skills as well as control issues and a need to power trip. No way of contacting the actual doctor, no follow up was given. Absolutely absurd behavior for a "doctors office". Wouldn't even see us again. Dont waste your time! Go somewhere where the office staff are not small minded children.
Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about this team. From the very beginning they've not only been helpful but caring and incredibly meticulous. Nathan has followed up with me for MONTHS in trying to find the best solution to help me sleep properly and comfortably and I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for all the patience.
