Alright sleep clinic — BUT — a policy of NOT providing care and support to patients when CPAP equipment is not purchased from them. Time to refocus on why you’re in business….
I visited them. 4 people (staff) were at reception (including one tech or nurse). They were unable to answer any questions They just said they are booking for October And they said (I Don’t Know) 10 times or more (mainly by the tech).
***The owner sure loves to air their dirty laundry online. You can request to remove ones that are not valid, just so you are aware :). Finally got your attention! I sent 2 separate emails as well with absolutely zero response before any of this. I never tried calling because I read once you leave a review, the consumer will not be helped from other Google reviews of your business.. Best staff very friendly
Poor customer service. Receptionist was very unhelpful. Couldn’t answer any questions and blamed it on a software upgrade.
