RVR Kelowna ripped us off! The freezer wouldn't freeze our stuff for hours & the fridge wouldn't keep our milk & food cold for 8 hours. The a/c wouldn't work - it wasn't cold - until midnight. I had been there all day. We called them to fix it, & they ignored us. But they answered my question about where the camping chairs were. Eventually the way l was shown to repower up all of those appliances worked. But not until 10 pm & it was stressful. We paid top dollar for this trip so we were quite upset.
