Incredibly rude reception staff. Always act like you are annoying them. When i asked for a card with my appt time and date on it- they tossed it at me. Have called a few times in the last few years and awful phone etiquette. And the Rheumatologist i dealt with put me on 3 different medications and I couldn't tolerate any of them. Not worth the 4 hour drive for a ten minute appt. avoid this clinic
RUDE ADMIN STAFF!!!!!!! While my Doctor has helped me improve my situation, dealing with this office is abysmal. I pride myself on being respectful and kind; however, I am flat out off the pleasantries with this office staff. You call for emergency advice where you have no other place to turn and all you get is figure it out on your own, the Dr is busy and booked. I have booked appointments and then they cancel on me due to conflict, offer me a new time, make me choose between two times that work making the choice right then... read more
Dr. Peter is one of the nicest doctors I have ever dealt with. He is not only kind but makes me feel like I and my pain are important to him. Thank you Dr. Peter for your time & caring.
