Best service in the Valley! Have been dealing with Jim and his team for over 20 years and they never disappoint!! Amazing service, incredible and knowledgeable!! Our need to get timely technical support for a leaking pool system was satisfied by the team at Kelowna Pool and Spa within 24 hours of our call. Moving into a new home that had a hot tub includes, I trusted Jim and Eddy with the initial maintenance. My expetience was nothing short of wonderful. With me not knowing much about how to maintain one, they did an excellent job at educating me on everything I'd need to know moving forwards. They explained to me some issues with the tub, only after going out of the way to ensure that it would be good to go for me. They were very accommodating with time slots, were honest and fair on pricing. Would recommend!
