Wish I could give zero stars. My wife came home really upset after a very uncomfortable interaction with Brian. She works in customer service herself, so she’s used to dealing with difficult situations and doesn’t get upset easily, which makes this even more concerning. She went in simply to get her computer fixed, but left feeling uncomfortable and that he didn’t even care to fix her computer. (He tried to fix it but actually made the problem worse). Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Brian took my PC in for a diagnosis within an hour of calling him and an hour later told me exactly what was wrong. As this computer is critical to my own work Brian's quick service allowed me to make the fast decision to order the replacement component I needed. Every other shop said I have to get in line for multiple days. Thanks Brian! I'll go to you on the next PC issue!
