I made an appointment and paid in full and they didn’t start until 30 minutes after my appointment time. They kept saying 5 more minutes rather than tell me how long it would actually be. Extremely unprofessional.

One of the best manicure and pedis I’ve ever had. Selene and Aylin were incredibly kind and attentive to detail, accommodating and a joy to be with. Great energy and the best spot in Kelowna by far.
