It's a very sad thing when people that work in customer service in a doctor's office answer the phones with complete ignorance, and zero understanding of the patient who is calling. I was yelled at by one of your reception ladies and then hung up on. Do better, or find a different job if that is how you treat the public.
I had a wonderful experience today there! Loved every second of it. They were quick, fast and very polite and professional.
Very rude people
after reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant having ultrasound done there. going to the reception desk I could tell she was looking forward to this encounter. I gave my name and what I was there, she took the information, consulted the computer, and told me with a smile "please have a set". OK, maybe the technologist will be the problem. It’s unbelievable that the policies dictate not to disclose anything with the patient about the ultrasound. That it’s just ridiculous. And the receptionist working there, it seems she hates her job and everybody going in there.
