First time West Kelowna x-ray morning
Great experience. Very clean. Great tech!
everyone there was very nice!! have been there two separate times and have had great experiences both times. had a student ultrasound tech and she was great as well as the main lady. had to wait 7 months for the ultrasound but not their fault.

I was really excited going into my 20-week ultrasound, finding out the gender and making sure baby is healthy is such a special moment. I’ve been through this before as a mom, so I had a general idea of what to expect. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. Right from the start, the tech didn’t greet me and instead immediately asked if I was wearing perfume or lotion because the smell was “too strong” and she needed a mask.
