The person who actually does the x-ray is nice, but the people at the front desk always seem kinda rude to me
I’ve had a lot of good experiences here, staff has always been very friendly, was very surprised to see the low score on reviews. I would recommend this place!
Went for an early ultrasound as per my doctor for some complications I was experiencing in early pregnancy. The front desk ladies were awesome. The actual tech was horrible. She starts the ultrasound and immediately is annoyed that I’m so early in my pregnancy and getting this done. I explain that I was having some issues and the doctor wanted to see if everything was okay. She mentioned there was a heart beat and then basically said it was pointless. Told me to get a referral to come back in a few weeks. Didn’t show me much... read more
Terrible experience that I will never allow to be repeated. My wife left in tears. Less than 1 star for patient care. After reading so many other similar experiences about this place, I'd rather pay for private ultrasounds before going back here.
not helpful, rude & "emergency" xray referrals take 1.5+ weeks to process. Save yourself the time and just go wait at the hospital.
