not helpful, rude & "emergency" xray referrals take 1.5+ weeks to process. Save yourself the time and just go wait at the hospital.
Had a great experience here. I was worried based on the reviews but both the front desk and ultrasound tech were lovely. I got in at exactly my appointment time.
I’ve been here 3 times this pregnancy and have had different technicians and experiences each time. Mariola is LOVELY and was almost welling up she was so excited FOR us at our 11 week ultrasound, she literally said “I feel so honoured to be the first person to ever see someone’s baby.” Honestly she’s in the perfect profession. Our next tech (20 week ultrasound) was young and lovely, would chat when I asked her questions and answered mine with grace and kindness. I can’t remember her name. Our third tech: woah. VERY rude front end staff. I guess bc it’s not a privately owned clinic it gives them the right to patronize the patients as there is no accountability. Ultrasound tech was great however.
