I have just come out of my ultrasound appointment for our baby, the first child for my partner and me. We were so happy and excited to experience this moment. Unfortunately, I am leaving this appointment deeply disappointed and in tears. Honestly, I have rarely experienced such cold and rushed service. I was excited to go for my 20-week ultrasound, like many other expectant moms who have come here. When I was brought into the room, I immediately felt like the woman doing my ultrasound was very cold and unfriendly. She first had me lie right on the edge of the bed closest to her, to the point that part of my leg was completely touching hers. It just felt odd and uncomfortable.
