The worst most useless services. I had an assessment a few months ago to try and find answers for an ankle injury. The assessment tells me I’m wearing Nike shoes and I shouldn’t go mountain biking, $120. No help offered. I just got off the phone with reception requesting massage therapy, now I need to do another assessment if I want access to this. I was upset and confused about the lack of empathy and they put the phone down on me. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Helpful and wonderful staff to deal with. Always looking out for your best interest in comfort and functionality. That's why I keep going back.
My physiotherapist requested that I get orthotics from here since I had surgery on my foot. I would not be able to walk around if it weren't for my orthotics. The staff is helpful and friendly and the process of making the insoles was very thorough. They literally couldn't be anymore perfect. Many thanks to the Orthoquest team!
Mitch from Orthoquest Kinesiology is amazing. I was unable to walk straight for two weeks prior to going and now I can walk upright without pain frequently and continue to improve. Through Mitch's coaching and support I have maintained my efforts and have learned how the back muscles effect my body as a whole.
I hurt my knee back in February. I called and talked with Lise. She was very knowledgeable about my injury and I set up an appointment with her. She showed my a fantastic tape job for my injured knee, amongst other things. Lise helped to decrease my knee pain and gave me some great knee advice. Thank you for your help!
