We had the pleasure of talking to Carlos at Infiniti Kelowna. We are in the market for a family SUV and though we haven't made our final decision, if it were based solely on customer experience,.we would go with Infiniti. Carlos was very knowledgeable of the product and did not pressure at all. Instead, he provided value based ideas and options and looked out for our bottom line more than we typically see. Highly.recommend him for your vehicle needs.
******I can't reply to Kelowna Nissan's reply - but I am editing my review to comment that I do not appreciate having a one-sided reply intending to "clarify" what happened with false allegations; We were not treated with respect by Kelowna Nissan during that visit or since, and It is unfair that Kelowna Nissan is stating otherwise.
