Writing on behalf of my elderly parents. My mom is 88 and dad 94. I booked an appt for blood work for them at Dynacare and they accidently went here. They were obviously confused, yes. But after the nightmare to park, they went in and tried to fulfil their booking. Though yes, it was their mistake, but there is NO EXCUSE for the rude, short and obnoxious way they were treated! I went to the lab for some testing and had a really difficult experience. Despite the signs throughout telling patients to be respectful, and expect respect in return, I found most of the staff, especially at the front desk, to be quite rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. One interaction in particular left me in tears, and I almost left without completing the appointment.
