So emerge is bring the our own food and your own drugs come and stay for minimum 6 hours a whilst you get pushed aside for people not crying in pain and it’s aok to bring your our own meds because they’re also not going to do that for you..so if your disabled bring your pills …how the most publicly used department has not enough staff to help those really in need..all t sting aside as that was going on there too…Do not recommend. May 23,2026..current situations

why work in healthcare if you desire to be rude to people? The lady at the front desk asked for paperwork that I didn't have since I was referred to a specialist. I asked if she needed the number, she told me she already knows I booked an appointment, like wow. She asked me what the name of my Doctor, then laughed either at him or at my pronunciation. Writing on behalf of my elderly parents. My mom is 88 and dad 94. I booked an appt for blood work for them at Dynacare and they accidently went here. They were obviously confused, yes. But after the nightmare to park, they went in and tried to fulfil their booking. Though yes, it was their mistake, but there is NO EXCUSE for the rude, short and obnoxious way they were treated! I went to the lab for some testing and had a really difficult experience. Despite the signs throughout telling patients to be respectful, and expect respect in return, I found most of the staff, especially at the front desk, to be quite rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. One interaction in particular left me in tears, and I almost left without completing the appointment.
