It was late in the afternoon on Wednesday. My wife and I were visiting Kelowna. Our plan was to travel home to Victoria early on Thursday morning. Unexpectedly, the check engine light on our Lincoln MKX came on and stayed on. Very worrisome. We headed straight for Kelowna Ford Lincoln. We arrived at 5:10pm. Jake is awesome and he answered all the questions I had. Sarah is also knowledgeable. The only thing that couldn’t be arranged was a bow because I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday. They did clean up my ride and parked it in the showroom.All in all, pleasant experience. Just waiting for my two rear floor mats. Definitely will recommend Ford, Kelowna to family and friends.
