We had our hardwood refinished- excellent job by Blane and team. Our carpets were not up to snuff and showed wear within 1 year! Strong Roots was incredibly accountable and walked us through the process of having them removed and new ones installed! The carpet removers and installers (Dennis and team) were the best hard working team! I highly recommend this company!
Can’t rave enough about Kelowna Floors and owner Rebecca White. We were on a mission to get quotes from different wood flooring companies for our living/dining area and started with Kelowna Floors. Met Rebecca and were wowed. We didn’t go any further with quotes. She blew us away with her personable manner and knowledge. She under “promised” and over delivered!! Her installer Lucas was also a gem. Master craftsman. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We highly recommend Kelowna Floors and Rebecca White.
I am so thrilled with the carpet installation in my lower level one bedroom apartment in our home. I obtained various quotes, but Tony at Kelowna Floors came to the home and measured the space.
