We had a fantastic experience with Rebecca at Kelowna Floors! She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through all our options with patience and expertise. Her customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Rebecca truly went out of her way to help us! Highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for flooring—she’s amazing!

Had an appliance delivery go bad and received poked a hole in the linoleum of my kitchen floor. Kelowna Floors got the hole flattened down and sealed up, thanks!
A year ago a charge had been made on my Visa that was not mine. I had missed it. I called Kelowna Floors and they recalled the charge. They had felt there was something amiss and checked to find my card had been compromised. They called Visa and had the charge reversed. I checked and sure enough I was refunded.
