Company hired a subcontractor to install the floors. The subcontractor left glue everywhere up the walls. I was charged $400 dollars for labour to have this issue fixed. When I brought the issue up they refused to pay for the damages. So I refused to pay them. I then paid the invoice in full prior to 30 days after installation. Then they decided to put a lien on my house. Floors are beautiful but not nice enough to work with this company ever again. An excellent family run, local business. We purchased a 1960's home and had some unique plans to update it with bold tile and backsplash. Rebecca was phenomenal with supporting making our big picture ideas happen and providing quality product for a reasonable price. When we had questions about style recommendations, she was incredibly helpful. The installers were polite, prompt, and clean. Super pleased with the Service supplied by Steve ( sales person ) customer satisfaction is the highest priority from price, delivery of product, install. Checked in several times to keep us in the loop. The day of install helped to move our heavy awkward hideabed, does it get anybetter. YES the installer Sean did such a awesome job, courteous, no foul language, cleaned up before he left WOW. Recommend if you are looking for new flooring
