Every one of the staff members are so caring, supportive and kind ALL of the time. I always feel so valued when I am there. Dr James and the neuropathy clinic have done so much to improve not only my feet but also my posture and overall health in just two months. I’m so happy and grateful for all their help. I will drive across the bridge any time just be cared for by this team! No one else fits me as well!
Overall good experience with initial consult but coming in to the second consult was given a sales pitch telling me I should commit to a $700-$900 per month wellness plan involving pre booking 2-3 visits per week for 2-3 months followed by a gradual maintenance plan for the next 2-5years.... I was incredibly shocked and when I questioned the cost I was told I should invest in my care before it becomes a bigger problem and that no amountof exercise or stretching will help me.
