Outstanding experience: when I couldn’t sleep. After a few treatments, I slept so deep. I didn’t even recognize the sleep that I was getting. I haven’t slept this well for more than 20 years. My experience at LifeWorks Family Chiropractic has always been positive. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they consistently provide excellent customer service that makes every visit enjoyable.
This is a great clinic! One thing that I especially appreciate is having the X-rays and nerve scans prior to treatment then a plan is made. I’ve heard some people complain about chiropractors telling them upfront how often they need to attend but I’ve been to chiropractors where after treatment I get told book in two days. Because LifeWorks outlines a plan and books appointments ahead of time there is a clear line of sight. Another positive is the team at the desk is always warm and friendly.
I started treatment with Dr. James Whillans at the end of April, and I’ve had an excellent experience. All of the staff are fantastic, and Dr. Whillans is incredibly thorough. He has taken the time to explain so much to me, which has helped me better understand the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. When I first started seeing him, the relief only lasted a few hours.
