I’ve always recommended John to anyone looking for an honest and caring chiropractor. Every time I recommend him to someone in need, they tell me how appreciative they are of the amazing service and treatment they receive from not only John but the staff and the RMT’s at his office. Also, I’ve been a patient of his for over 30 years.
Not a great experience. I emailed the website offered online as I couldn’t book online on a Sunday evening,in the hopes that when they arrived at work they would see email and contact for an appointment,that’s not the case! I called the office 9 days later stating is something going on? I left a message saying I haven’t heard for 9 days a response. The secretary calls and says that’s not how they book…it’s only calls! John is very professional and kind. I came in with bad neck pain that has persisted for about 3 months. I did not have much experience with chiropractics so naturally I was a little nervous, however, nothing else was working including RMT & physiotherapy. After just the first visit the change in my neck and comfort was instantly better. So grateful for the service here, thank you.
