I hired Dustin to clean the carpets in my home (stairs and several bedrooms), and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The quality of work was unacceptable. Multiple stains were still left in the carpets, and there were water marks splashed across my freshly painted walls, which caused additional damage and frustration. Hired and booked this company a month in advance and they did not show up today. Wasted my money by me having to book time off work and genuinely just wasted my time. Looking back at reviews it seems like this is a common problem. Not showing up and screwing clients over. Will not be rebooking or recommending to anyone in the future.
The service we received from Kelowna Carpet Cleaning was above and beyond what we asked for. These people who run the company are awesome! I'll definitely call again.. Thank you!!
