Becareful in renting with them. My son & his friends rented 3 seadoo in August 2024 & had a minor accident with 2 because of the strong wind. The children took responsibility but this rental took advantage of their innocence & held back $3k of their deposit claiming that they still need to find out the extent of the damage. We rented a boat from this company and I can’t say enough good things about them! We had Wyatt one of your employees bring us the boat and give us the orientation and also was super friendly and respectful. He made sure we were safe and also made sure we had fun and also checked on us via phone call to make sure everything was going good. Highly recommend this place and Wyatt as your guide
The boat was easy to book and service was friendly to start. I asked for an "all day" rental and the people on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem, and no additional charges would be needed as long as I had the boat back before dusk. Must do experience if you are staying in the area. We met up with the team on Water Street for the launch, and within 5 minutes, we were away on the water enjoying all the fun in the sun that the lake had to offer. We decided on Kelowna Boat Rentals as the prices seemed reasonable and it gave us the option of a two hour hire which was the right amount of time for us on the day. Kelowna Boat Rentals is amazing!!! We first found them online and, when looking at their low prices, thought it was too good to be true. That there must be some type of catch or lower standard of quality. But there is absolutely nothing of the sort! In fact, when compared to other boat rental companies, these people far exceed in terms of products and services. We rented for multiple days over the summer and were super impressed every time.
