Highly recommend going with Kelowna Boat Charters!! We had the pontoon boat with Richard. The boat was so clean and absolutely stunning. Richard was professional and made us feel very safe while also helping us to enjoy and explore. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!
Awesome people with a great location but the only downfall was the boats are outdated and old. Some pontoon even have carpet.
Our group is still talking about how fantastic our rental was over the long weekend. We got a pontoon charter and Jake was our driver and we LOVED him. He was what made the experience so great. He was patient and fun and even got a new ladder delivered to us in the middle of the lake since the one was missing from the boat. He did an amazing job putting up with a bunch of women LOL. Thanks again Jake!!!
We had a fabulous time on the Bennington 22 SVSR for 4 hours, with Richard as our captain. It was lovely to select the charter add-ons directly from the booking page. We chose the 2 person tube and our daughter was thrilled! Since we were only a party of three, a charter was definitely the way to go! Richard was fantastic! He explained the areas around Kelowna as we cruised around and made the whole experience really laidback and relaxing. Our family rented a pontoon / party boat on our annual week long trip to Kelowna. Sadly the weather didn’t turn out for the day we selected and the voyage didnt last as long as expected. The way the situation was handled we appreciated. They were able to refund our booking and were very apologetic for something they couldn’t control. Definitely a family run business where they care and we will be sure to book with them in the future and hope for less wind and more sun! Thanks Johnny
