Kiver sold us a fantastic used SUV. He was great about answering any questions I had as I bought the car sight unseen. Everything that was described was very accurate. Would buy a vehicle from Kelowna BMW and sales person Kiver again. Also the finance team was amazing! Smooth transaction well worth our 5 hr drive to buy from here

I question the ethics of this dealership. While the staff is very polite, professional and helpful the ownership has questionable business ethics. We saw a 2016 Audi TT for sale online and it was listed as clean and bone stock with very low kms. We drove all the way from Vancouver Island to look at it and found a very different car. The wheels and tires were listed as stock. They even gave the colour and finish on the rims. The actual wheels and tires on the car were not only the wrong size, they weren't even Audi rims. Working with Kiver to get the best deal and service was exceptional! I live in Alberta and depended on him to be honest about the vehicle. He was spot on. I definitely will fly back to Kelowna BMW and buy from Kiver again!
