I think a dealership that sells high end vehicles should provide outstanding customer service, unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I recently took our vehicle in for an oil change and was not too impressed. The car only has 35,000 km on it but apparently needed front brake pads and rotors, new cabin filter, new engine filter and a mechanical inspection. I had a pleasant encounter with Kelowna BMW yesterday. I bought a Mini Cooper and it came without the wheel lock key. I called and Halley in the parts said bring it down as they have all the master keys. Upon arrival she was great and had the problem solved in 15 minutes.They installed 4 regular lug nuts and $34 later I was on my way. Fantastic customer service that I would recommend to all.Thanks for fixing a problem with a quick solution.
Recently purchased a second vehicle from them used , their own mechanical inspection said the brakes were 70-80% , when I removed the rear rotor it clearly needs replacing and the park brake shoes are actually broken . Typical dealership if your not buying new they don’t care

Service experience at Kelowna BMW: I brought my 335xi n54 for transfer case adaptation and injector coding. I was advised there are several recalls for my vehicle; this is much appreciated. Now, because the recalls were mentioned, prior to the appointment I’ve specified the vehicle is tuned and has downpipes, to which I was assured they won’t be touching the DME.
