Absolutely fantastic dealer. I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s something notable, and these guys really are 10/10. They spent a lot of time with me to get the car spec right, and it turned out beautifully. Very happy with the car and also the purchasing experience. Had an amazing experience with Kelowna BMW. Morgan on the sales side was genuinely fantastic from the very beginning. Super kind, easy to talk to, and never made the process feel pushy or stressful. I would never bring my vehicle here. There was a small leak in my power steering pump. The geniuses at BMW wanted to replace the whole system without even taking a look at it. I went down the street to another mechanic. It took him 5 minutes and 20 bucks to fix it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
