Absolutely amazing sauna experience! The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean, and the staff are welcoming and professional. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!
I was very DISAPPOINTED by the services and treatment I received at Kelo Spa.. The FRONT DESK STAFF was VERY RACIST toward me. I was the only Black customer. I arrived before everyone else. I was NOT given the same friendly tour and services. The staff greeted and walked everyone else around. Gave them a tour and explained how to use the facility..I was left in the Receptionist area to wait and NEVER ADDRESSED or SPOKEN to by the STAFF.. Until I decided to say something.
