Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service. Give completely false information to charge customers extra unnecessary costs for something that was perfectly fine and had no issues. And when you question them, they pass the blame. Absolutely shameful.... If you want to rip off customers, actually use a legitimate excuse and not for something that is perfectly fine and had no issues at all.
rip off people charge more if you bring your own quality parts even if they use same parts its their policy they say no valid reason they just want to rip you off with their own mark up on their parts
Honestly had the best experience with this workshop in Perth. Amy is just amazing, and Jamie really knows his stuff. My old van has been looked after so well here. They don’t talk it down like other shops do, which I really appriciate — just honest, kind people who actually care. At last I've found a honest reliable and very professional service centre in Kelmscott service centre I had three occasions to visit the centre over the last twelve months and found the owners and their crew to be held to the highest standards I'll continue to have them look after both my vehicles and also sing there praises to anyone looking for honest and reliable service and advice. These guys are amazing to deal with! Have just had my whole engine taken out, everything thoroughly gone over, gaskets new and re sealed etc. Work was completed quicker than I initially expected, and I was kept informed with the process. I’m so excited to have a non leaking car! My garage floor thanks you. haha. Thanks guys, you are the best. 😊
