Absolutely horrible customer service. My mother had a portable oxygen unit that we were RENTING with the knowledge that after 13 months it was ours. Well, now she is under hospice and they want their concentrator back. Well.. because we refused to return the item until she can get another unit.. they called CITRUS COUNTY SHERRIF OFFICE. Now they have left a woman with copd without a portable machine so she cannot go out of the house.
