terrible customer service after i found that they did not tighten the gas line coupling, installed a faulty generator, didn't bolt the generator down, installed the wrong breakers, punched a hole in my wall so they could install the surge protector in the wrong spot, refused to acknowledge the faulty generator was leaking oil until it ran empty and wouldn't repair it when it was undeniable. Not very good. I haven't heard back from them.
Pathetic customer service, they sent me wrong estimate to install a water softener. Estimate for basic install was $1260. I am still following up for revised estimate since they are Lowe's recommended contractors.
