I have had a very good experience with this company and recommend them. The tech for my generator, Preston shows you if there's a problem by the information screen on the generator or looking at the actual machine if its visible and explains the problem and costs. No hard sell techniques. It showed me the importance of having my unit checked every year. I had no idea the battery was low and starter motor about to go out. The whole point of having a generator is to keep us up and running when the power goes out.
I cannot say enough great things about this company and the service I received. The technician removed the valve cover, reset the valves, and completed a very thorough, detail-oriented maintenance service on my generator, making sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. Kelm Home Services recently installed a Generac home generator at my home. The whole process start to finish was excellent. Expert installation, everything on time, great coordination with power companies. These people are The Best. If you need a generator, call them!!
Made appt to give estimate but never called or showed
Gas fired generac whole house generator installed. The office was spectacular.They made all of their appointments on the dates.And times specified. Once the construction permits were obtained from the city, the project moved forward quickly and efficiently. The generator is now up and ready for service during this hurricane season. Overall, it was a five-star experience.
