The tech for my generator, Preston shows you if there's a problem by the information screen on the generator or looking at the actual machine if its visible and explains the problem and costs. No hard sell techniques. It showed me the importance of having my unit checked every year. I had no idea the battery was low and starter motor about to go out. The whole point of having a generator is to keep us up and running when the power goes out.
