I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Zaltan during a recent visit with my 3-year-old son. He spoke in a cold, clinical manner—as if he was just “taking notes” rather than interacting with a young child. There was no warmth, patience, or effort to make my son feel comfortable, which is especially important when dealing with toddlers. I rang 12 times across a time span of 40 minutes during opening hours with no answer. I physically had to go in to ask to see a doctor. Please fix your phone line otherwise there’s no point of having a phone number doll
There’s no doubt that this Medical Centre needs five stars from someone more often than one star. I must say that I go in with a positive happy attitude and welcome myself to the reception and they have always been pleasant and have smiled back and I’ve made me feel welcome. I recognise there are complaints about Management however I think it’s time to reconsider how they manage staff and create a culture within the organisation. . There is one this consistent with the pathology lab here and that is extreme delay and lack of ownership. If you come fasted it is guaranteed delay even though you may reach when the clinic opens. I was advised by the pathologist if you want to avoid 10 -12 people waiting before you come at 10 am it is better. I reached at 10 am fasted, one person goes before me, after 30 mins the pathologist comes out at 10:44 am and says another 25 min wait.
