Doctor never called for a crucial Telehealth appt. Not reading pt notes and missing important info can be dangerous for pts. I tried to call 15 mins before close to chase up appt and was hung up on. Tried again and phones were turned off before close - clearly no concern for pt care. Called again today to let them know and receptionist was kind and apologised, but made no effort to rectify the issue. No attempt to fit in today whilst knowing their patient needed vital medication.
Great experienced team,and very professional. Marian,always happy to help. Nice clean practice.
Gone are the days when doctors would go the extra mile for their patients.
Dr. Kobika and Dr. Shan are the best and most caring doctors. Thank you.
Eventhough I book always in advance. I have to wait always for over an hour. Then get attitude for raising my concerns. Bad service. Avoid if you can
