Update 12/02/2026: We took our boy in for his second vaccination today and once again had a fantastic experience! Dr Sheeba and the receptionist were wonderful, they took the time to comfort him, play with him, and help him feel at ease before administering the vaccine. We also received more helpful tips to support his well being. It truly is an amazing place to entrust your pets to, especially as first-time owners. We had a wonderful experience taking our puppy to the vet for the very first time. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and as first-time puppy owners, we really appreciated the thoughtful advice and helpful suggestions they shared. Dr Kim was exceptional! She carried out a thorough examination and patiently explained everything in detail, from bathing and grooming to worming and general puppy care.
